I am interested in purchasing an instructional DVD on the 15 basic foundations and on the Yilu form, at least the first 13.
Do these DVDs exist and can I purchase them? Is there a telephone number I can call or a mailing address that I can send a check make this purchase?

Thank you

Steve

Hi. Stepping with positive and negative circles may be found in Advanced Foundations video. This video is an essential one for this also containing many other great foundations such as Wild Horse Parts Mains, Punch, Red Fist all done in a line drill fashion.

Wow an absolutely fantastic video chuck-full of Hong style techniques . This is the first time I’ve seen this video. Over 30 minutes of free information.

To me the viewing Master Chen in action was like eating popcorn and I love popcorn

Thanks Rick for pointing out this real gem.
