Sentimental. Nice video. 16 years of workshops in Ottawa! Time flies. Still plodding like a turtle and surpassed by the younger ones coming along who are smashingly good, keen, and hard-working. Master Chen Zhonghua is still amazing and energetic, with skills more refined and more powerful than ever. I’m still motivated and still practicing towards improving. Much thanks to Shifu for re-energizing us each year.
