Hi, a bit surprised no one has commented on this video. Its seems to be from the same workshop as the video titled “In and out movements in taiji,” which has been so helpful to me. This video complements “In and out movements in taiji.”
The video essentially covers body structure during the first half of the circle, there is a nice bit on sinking the front and simultaneously extending the back for stability that works well. There is a nice bit about open and close and how this connects to indentation and protrusion. And right at the end a nice example of being on the cliff.
The video made more sense to me by having already seen “In and out movements in taiji.”
