Highly recommend this video. Many important details and principles of application. Great learning tool, as applications are more fully applied due to recipients ability to withstand more force being applied on them….
Master Chen applies the first thirteen moves of Yilu. Clear explanation of each move’s purpose is very important to understanding how to practice yilu with the intention of fighting an opponent. Looking forward to practicing these applications.
Wonderful video. Every time master Chen demonstrates these applications I learn new things. I am always impressed with how benign Taji looks until I see the intent behind the movements. Thanks to master Chen for this. And thanks to Mike and Patrick, (especially Patrick in this case for taking all the punishment) for the high level falls needed to demonstrate clearly.
Great video, thanks to Shifu for the good work again!
In this video one can also realise, how serious this training can be and why the hole thing cannot be done as a sport.
Thanks to the NY group’s cooperation and sacrifice, Master Chen was able to demonstrate the efficiency and deadliness of PM form. This video provides further understanding and purpose of my Yilu practice.
