Master Chen! This is like looking at a work of art! Absolutely brilliantly explained with so many important keys to Taiji’s inner workings interwoven throughout.
Excellent video for anyone who want to understand push hand in PM and the detail step by step instruction with Matt and Alex show you how to use it. Great.
Excellent!! Very clear & precise instructions.
I really enjoyed this video. It clearly demonstrates and explains “indirect power” and it is great to see different examples of how it is applied. This video has not only made me think about my push hands, but also other everyday tasks. Hopefully by observing and applying this concept in everyday tasks it will assist in reprogramming the body to separate and prevent double heavy movements in push hands.
