After watching many many videos including the Circles vid. I finally have an better idea about how to turn the waist with out turning the waist. It just took me a long time and this video helped me to see it more clearly for some reason. It is in all of the other videos that I have watched but I did not see it until having watched this one. I think it was part of the “twist the towel” and part of the circles corrections in this one. Everyone responds in a different way according to what they need. This video helped me. Now I must go out and practice. (a lot)!!!
This video has some very helpful content on the concept of creating space from below to cause rotation and why we must’nt move the dan tien dot. Also the difference between Ji and An energy and their relationship to Fajin.
