The so called “harmonize” is to sink both shoulders and make sure both elbows stick to the ribs. Then you cave in the chest. Hand, elbow and torso will become one unit sticking to the opponent without any space. The rear leg will form a stick that supports this torso unit. This is called “fully harmonized”.
