Master Chen Zhonghua will conduct a Chen Style Taijiquan Practical Method workshop in Ottawa, Canada from March 11-13, 2011.
March 11 will be an evening 3-hour workshop at the Taiji Center in Gatneau, on the other side of Ottawa. It will feature Hunyuan Qigong, Silk Reeling and some basic push hand patterns.
Saturday and Sunday workshop will be held at the University of Ottawa. The focus will be on Chen Style Taijiquan Practical Method foundations, Yilu and push hands.
