5 Learning Stages

by webmaster2 on 2007/12/11

  • 1. Choreography.
  • 2. Coordination.
  • 3. Clarity and Energy.
  • 4. Application.
  • 5. Flow.

Notice that most people follow this:

  • 1. Choreography.
  • 2. Flow.
  • 3. Clarity and Energy.
  • 4. Coordination.
  • 5. Application.

Slight change in order but big difference in the end.

You’re right. I thought "Choreography, then Flow was the way to go! πŸ™

So, how do I coordinate my choreography? Or is it something else that needs coordinating?

By segmenting movements and becoming proportional.
