Interesting and insightful video on using kua and ye for internal switching, changing gear and turning over. And very practical explanations how to apply in different situations.

Ahh, the kua dropping vertically. I know that ( i believe). In my own words, it is like the kua is empty, like sinking from the kua into nothingness. Sometimes it is like the Kua and the pelvis is connected by a rubber like chord thing. Is this the phenomenon of a loose Kua, as Grandmaster Hong put it in his book?
