Class notes:
Need to have a real stretch (the two points must go away from each other); hand must not move while stretching elbow in. Shoulder and kua must in turn be stretched. Must ensure that you go over and not go down/up. It has to lock the position.
I need to practice consistently; I am wasting my time practicing tossing.
Rod between the armpit/kua. The shoulder cannot move the rod; the rod cannot go down. The arm has to wrap around it. It cannot collapse. That is to have peng.
Separate the flesh from the bones: The bones don’t move and the flesh is wound tightly and stretched around them.
Tailbone and buttock split up and down. Buttock tries to protrude, the spine pulls it back into the front. Tailbone drives it down to the heel. One releases the spine one releases the buttock.
