So much detailed on foundations were presented in this video, in particular, Master Chen taught how to open the kua. For 2 dollars, it is a steal.
This is an excellent foundation correction video.
It goes through the positive circle, fetch water, twist the towel, negative circle, half horse stance and opening the kua. You can see the evolution of the external manifestation of the foundations to the intricate details of separation, opening key joints, following the line and more. There are so many aspects of each foundation drill that is raised by Chen Zhonghua. I highly recommend watching this video.
