Very good video, I’ve watched a couple times already. I found the parts on sinking without sinking, sitting in the hip, filling the kua, particularly helpful. Lots of important points throughout.
There is a vast amount of structural and functional content within this yilu correction. I plan on reviewing it multiple times, one posture at a time and immediately integrating the corrections…one at a time…
