This Video is good. Its just a big talk about learning and corrections, or principles if you will. It could have been bigger, i wish the parts that were cut were also there, even if it became 1 hour long. More chatter is good stuff also. 🙂
Regardless, if you’re a teacher, this is a nice video to have and think about.

This is mostly lecture with a little demo. I suggest it for practitioners who are not familiar with Shifu Chen’s teachings. Learn the need and function of the form, the place of understanding, contemplation, focus, perspective and distraction in the learning process. Conversely, the benefit of practice. There are some voice overs at certain parts, these are hard to hear and a little distracting the first time through. They might be better as subtitles, but they do not take away from the overall message of the instruction.
