Great video, I learned a lot from the detailed demonstration of applications. I also like the online video option, it avoids the hassle of getting DVDs in the mail.

Excellent instruction for those just beginning and/or those refreshing their practice. The two part video provides detailed instruction and application including movement names and a slow and regular motion review from both front and rear view. The verbal instructions are clear and concise. Highly recommended to truly learn the Chen style Jian form and well worth the money.
The instructions is clear. I do not know much about sword fighting. My impression is that every move (48 set) shown should be extremely effective, backed up by strong torque / rotational power. Opponent is difficult to anticipate what is coming or the angle of attack.
