When Master Chen gives you a DVD of the Finland 2010 workshop, it is not because he has too many DVD’s. It is because that DVD contains some very pertinent lessons for beginners (i,e, Me).

Wow! This lecture is one of the best I have heard on what is Taiji. Extremely illuminating and engaging, a must for students wanting to learn how to maximize the internal energy in their form and make it soft but yet strong. Chen Zhonghua is such a knowledgeable and humble master. A rare and valuable jewel of our times.
