I addition to the basic DVD’s that have been recommended, I have purchased both silk reeling videos and am considering the qigong ones as well. Is that overly ambitious, and not the best use of time to work with the different teachings?
The silk reeling and Qigong videos belong to the Hunyuan System. They are not the same as the foundations.
Thank you Sifu, so it appears as if I shouldn’t be focusing on that at all at this time. I should be focusing on Yilu, foundations, and Circle corrections. should the silk reeling be used at all for warm ups. And if so, how many repetitions for each movement? Thank you for your quick response. I look forward to studying with you in person.
One set of foundation includes:
01) 9 counts of positive circles on each side
02) 9 counts of negative circles on each side
03) 9 counts of twisting the towel on each side
04) 9 counts of fetch water on each side
05) 9 counts of six sealing four closing on each side
06) 9 counts of double positive circles on each side
07) 9 counts of negative positive circles (alternating) on each side
08) 9 counts of negative positive circles (symmetric)
09) 9 counts of positive and negative circles on each side
10) 9 counts of moving-step positive circles on each side
11) 9 counts of moving-step negative circles on each side
12) 9 counts of moving-step double positive circles on each side
13) 9 counts of moving-step double negative circles (alternating) on each side
14) 9 counts of moving-step six sealing four closing on each side
15) 9 counts of moving-step positive and negative circles on each side
Wow, thanks Kelvin Ho, iIwill start integrate 6,8,9 14 & 15. As I know that foundations roughly but do not execute them daily.
Good training if we can get a video of this 9 counts of circles, positive and negative.
Unfortunately, I have been advised there is no video teaching this 9 counts of circle.
Definitely interested in purchasing the video.
Are we able to purchase a video of the below, extremely good training.

I’ve watched lots of your video trail of Chen practical method and I’ve a very keen interested in learning it. I live in Bangkok, Thailand. Would you please recommend me how I should start from and which video or DVD I should buy to practice it.
