最近，我有机会在陈老师的一个讲座上同他推手，这次体验得悟颇丰。
Massimo Neresini attended the WKU competition in Padua on Feb. 5, 2012. He won three gold medals and one silver in Taijiquan.

This December I had the honour of being invited to teach an introductory workshop on the Chen Style Taijiquan Practical Method. I’d been to Brittany twice before to work with the theatre company Teatr Piba and this time my friend and colleague Erwan Cloarec asked me to also teach Taijiquan.
这次讲座陈老师的老学生陈长泗从美国费城赶来。周日西雅图又来四个学生，推手较多。这个讲座的课题主要是：
- 练一路的时候，先把动作完成，再加“1”。 先不要把动作都连起来。
- 推手时用门楔子的方法。
- 推手时把动作做完。不要让对方引到动作外。
- 动作做到45度的时候感到比直顶摩擦力小。学生往往硬顶硬推。
我在埃德蒙顿住了十天，求教于陈中华老师、他的教练、并在他的学校里上课。
这些天我受益匪浅。感谢贝尔山教我剑术、别的教练陪我推手。过去学过另外一套陈式剑。今年来已经荒疏。现在学了陈式实用拳法剑法，才知剑法也能有助于拳法。 更多

- 其子里奥纳瑞悉尼在同一比赛上得铜牌。
