Being able to “stack the joints” is an important skill in Practical Method. It means not only that all joints have to be aligned to be able to receive the oncoming force, it also means that they have to react in sequence.

训练分阴阳那需要身心。心：清醒的头脑；身：两头伸。尾闾下坠，头顶必要上顶，这是躯干分阴阳。胳膊伸展要手指前伸肩后转。身体有很多对要对伸的部位。这是一堂趣乐纵生的课。
在2011年12月18日的加拿大枫岭市太极拳培训班上，加拿大维多利亚岛基诺•纳萨托被接受成为陈式太极拳实用拳法陈中华老师的第90位入门弟子。
参加仪式的共16人，分别来自加拿大枫岭市、温哥华市、维多利亚岛、温哥华岛、美国西雅图和费城。

2011年10月中旬，陈中华先生在香港授课后于25日回到大青山。27日，应吴绍志，李洪滨，董建波等人的邀请，从大青山来山东临沂授课。适值我在大青山侍师在侧，有幸同往。
27日下午，晁舰先生把我们接到临沂‘八马茶业’二楼一间宽敞的茶室内，大家边饮茶边向陈先生请教。当时在座的学生有吴绍志，李洪斌，董建波，崔爱萍，孙健，王姝心等人。
Edmonton Hunyuantaiji Academy is having a Seminar and combining it with an Open House this year. The Seminar covers Foundations, Yilu and corrections, Theory and Push Hands as well as the possibility of Broadsword review. Seminar starts at 9 am and ends at 5 pm. Open House is from 10 am to 1 pm.
