我想和大家分享最近练拳的一些观察。练拳的时候我特意留神肩关节的转动。
看了陈老师最近的视频我突然意识到我的肩关节就是铁板一块，不能随机变化，只能单一转动。悟到肩关节的转动潜力很大。现在注意肩脚对拉线，有点感觉了。现在练拳全神贯注肩关节的转动的时候我感到一种窒息感，这是新变化。
现在对我最关键的是肩和胯转动要咬合。从人体解剖学上看（所有猛禽都一样）肩关节是最复杂的。他是几乎可以在任何部位起始做到360度旋转的。所以，“悬顶、沉肩”。:)
