Can people who had an organ transplant practice Hunyuan Qigong? Is it safe for a person with a transplanted kidney or liver?

Hunyuan Qigong is safe for the situation you described. I also suggest that after two years of practice, you should get professional and real person instruction. This is assumed based on the assumption that after two years the qi will start to flow and proper guidance will be required.
