Where does one go to find out the vacancies and costs for a workshop? (eg. the one in Arkansas?)

The Maple Ridge Workshop Location (2011) is Thornhill Hall, 26007-98 Ave. Maple Ridge, B.C. Canada. The phone number for the rental information is 604-462-7869. Workshop Organizer is Bill Vanderhall: bvanderhall@shaw.ca phone: +16044636839. There is no plan to do a workshop in Vancouver or Burnaby at the present.
