Really exceptional video detailing movements 21-33 (reversed coiling of forearms – turn left and kick with heel)…..

Some very important points:

How and why to use stretch vs. rotation (efficiency, power, and how curvature is created)

Importance of developing the “switch” in the shoulder joint also see “Adam Private Lesson 2” for many details on this topic.

Understanding the edge of a knife: this is critically important in taiji application, making space and filling it up -no fighting- opponent cannot access you : the edge of a knife is verging on emptiness, it is very very small so it goes in

Why we must train from hard to soft to learn to create Taiji power

Operating the “two doors” and “pegging” in Cloud Hands

Relationship between elbows and “sinking qi to the Dantien”

Top/Bottom switching in double negative circle

Excellent narrative, too many things to take in.
Any person practicing Tai Chi (no matter what style) should attend master Chen,s workshops.
i attended Amsterdam 2014 and have been converted to practical method after studying both Yang & Chen styles over the years, and have given up what i learned before to begin again.

This video helps to show and explain in further detail the correct way to perform the brush knee. This video is a must have to complement the detailed instruction and energy alignment videos in executing this set of movements properly.
