Ping Wei Talks about Tai Chi and Healthy Aging

On Tuesday, 1/29/2019, I was invited to the radio talk show in Phoenix, Independent Talk 1100 KFNX. The show was live streamed on Facebook, Successful Aging.

The main points I shared with listeners are:
1. Chen Style Tai Chi Quan Practical Method, the power is structural, movements have axis, the body like a gearbox. Used analogy of new Mercedes and old pickup.
2. Healthy aging is about quality of life. Quality of life is that you can do and enjoy the things you like to do, not hindered by physical pain and limitations. Tai Chi can help.
3. Repetition in Tai Chi moves help to wake up dormant part of brain. Simple, clear mind improves memory.
4. Two year of study is essential.
5. Tai Chi is cool.
