Concepts to avoid!

by webmaster on 2013/01/02

We must avoid even thinking about these words or concepts:

strong, weak, fast, slow, stiff, hard, soft, locked, smooth, round, circle.

They must be avoided because they express a static state of being.

The important thing to remember is not to indulge in quality issues. These must be as is. For example, we are not engaged in training to be stronger or weaker. So we are not in the debate for “stronger is better” or “weaker” is better.

We should be engaged in actions that affect the result. Look at the follow examples:

  1. If we move properly, we will produce strength.
  2. A stick can be spun to produce the power range and movement of a circle.
  3. A hard steel ball can move smoothly without any rigidity or stiffness.
