Ping Wei detailed correction. Here Master Chen goes to a lot of details and shows higher requirement than usual as Ping has practiced for some years

This is conducted in chinese, although I believe it is clear what is going on and Master Chen use the same word over and over so can pick up some word.

This is absolutely a gem. Master Chen gave out so much details that this video deserves many rewind. Furthermore, it also repeatedly illustrated our natural tendencies of wanting to move, and the difficulties of training “not move”.

The instruction is consistent with all his prior teachings but extends into more stringent requirement for Ping’s execution. The repeated themes of extraneous self-moves, staying in one line, maintaining connection, etc. etc. were all too familiar with other video.
This video gives me plenty to work on with regards to my Yilu starting from “Buddha’s Warrior Attendant Pounds Mortar”.
Thank you for another excellent video.

I just bought this video. After watching the video, Master Chen’s comments “still moving!” “do not move” “it did not move” are still going round n round in my head!

A very detailed video expounding on both technique and application as well as common mistakes. Looks like I have a lot of work cut out for me in my yilu which is no where as close to Ping Wei’s!

This one is a keeper!

In the first 2 mins of the actual video (not the trailer), I see the training method for the move that Master Zhonghua Chen talked about in his stories regarding how Grandmaster Chen Fake and Grandmaster Hong Junsheng threw/bounced people out in a seemingly simple action of raising their hands in the first move of the yilu. Wow! It is breathtaking and heart pumping.
