Really liked the new take on editing with the trailer, really nice. Simplicity goes with Taiji.

I would highly recommend this video as it covers lot of fundamental principles in depth. You will find clear explanation of these principles through Master Chen’s interactions with students.

Excellent material….Chen Zhonghua is a superb teacher….however, the material he offers is very advanced…if you are not ready for it, it will be like water rolling off of you…but as you grow in skill and understanding, more will stick and be absorbed..in the words of Bruce Lee, “don’t think, FEEL” try these techniques with a variety of people of all different sizes and skill levels….the more you feel what is happening the more you will learn….In my humble opinion Master Chen Zhonghua is an invaluable source of information…yet the material requires one to invest through practice and reflection…if a student really works at absorbing this material, they will be rewarded beyond belief….thank you so much to Master Chen Zhonghua for sharing with us fellow practicioners

A clear, concise, and, as advertised, practical explanation of internal mechanics and alignment creating power.
