0:15 you pushed up with hands. It should be down with elbow towards dantian.
0:22 both elbows were blocking the way the hands went out.
0:26-0:35 when your right hand goes out, do not move your spine and head. Do not move forward at all.
0:42 when left foot steps out, do not move the left should forward. It is like stretching the left foot against your right hand hook. Left shoulder movement (even intention to move) blocks the energy.
0:57 both hands came up. They should go into the move without moving up first.
1:00 on while crane the right shoulder was blocking the movement.
1:25 the front hand moved.
1:38-1:41 right shoulder in the way.
Overall the 13 moves were done very well. Speed is good. Body is stable.
Recommendations: You need to work on making sure that the elbow does not protrude. Other comments will be meaningful only after you deal with the elbow issue.

Thanks! hey, i really enjoyed your article on “how can we make progress?” … nice work..and good advice, Master Chen’s precision with language is as deliberate as his movements. I enjoyed the reference to Baoding the Butcher….. Chuang Tzu?
