You won’t believe me if I told you that we spent three hours working on the first move of the positive circle. That’s what we did! Of course we also went through the entire circle in 9 moves as a warm up. We worked on not moving the hand; block touching coat and drills. Time to get some sleep for tomorrow’s workshop!
What I am happy about is that TONIGHT the students at the private class started to exhibit “Taiji energy”. Yes, tonight. This is amazing for such a short time! We will leave “Taiji energy” for another occasion to discuss. These 8 people know what I am talking about!

This was a very amazing night for us all. Lots of work but with indeed surprizing results that felt almost «magical» while being still so very «logical». Don’t realy know how to discibe this as I am too knew to the practical method. Lots of hard work ahead but so much worth it. Thank you master Chen.
Cette soirée aura été vraiment surprenante pour nous tous. Beaucoup de travail mais avec des résultats vraiment surprenants que l’on ressent parfois comme étant «magique» tout en étant pourtant tellement «logique».
